Gave me a room that was not what I wanted or needed
PLEASE delete my post A.S.A.P. Otherwise a law suit will be filed against me. Everything has been settled. Both the owner and I have come to a mutually agreed up resolution. I am a recover Cancer Patient and I THOUGHT I made it understood that I needed a ground floor room. Upon arrival I was given a room with stairs but another guest traded with me which owner did not know and not everything is settled so PLEASE get my review off ... make it go away as soon as possible. Room with a view ... of the garbage dump
website looked great. Manager confirmed everything on the website and assured me of cleanliness and location. this place was a run down filthy dump. stained sheets, dust and moldy base boards. Was advised as in website, "beach side villas." The reviews on tripadvisor are in no way actual visitors. Everyone I met there was told the same lies. The view and smell of the garbage dumpster over flowing with trash was disgusting. Dog *** everywhere even on the lounge chairs. They were advised that I am a recovering Cancer patient. I was advised of full kitchen, cleanliness and beach side. Trust me, NEVER have I stayed in such a filthy dirty place. Even my pup didn't want to be in the place.

TOTAL misrepresentation by manager. Beach side was b.s.. Filthy, dirty, rundown place with a view of the over flowing garbage dumpster. If you didn't throw out your own garbage, $25.00 extra. Sheets spotted with blood. Dog *** on the lounge chairs. Web site is a total ***. Am attempting to get a full credit from the owner without filing law suit. The place needs to be shut down by the Village or the City Just DISGUSTING! Was there last week, 1st week in March. Everyone I met there stated the Manager lied to them too regarding location.

Key tapped to window is how you check in. Over flowing garbage dump by my room too. Guests are smoking Pot and grass on property. rooms are 15ft from street.
Is a disgusting place with dirty rooms.
Throw out your own trash or pay $25.00, wash your silver ware or extra $25.00. Lowly is a compliment to the Cracker place.
:cry above comment is an under estimation of just what a lowly place it is. Blood stained sheets, filthy floors upon arrival.

Can't emphasize enough what a rotten dump this is. The owners don't care about anything other than lies and money.
Health Dept is being contact to shut them down :(
